The Restaurant is in 3 parts Inside outside covered Terrace and in Summer seating outside.
The restaurant is run by some colorful characters lot of banter. The food is excellent wide choice of traditional French cuisine. The portions are quite large so make sure you are hungry. The only minus is the wine no house wine, half bottle 12€.

This is a good family restaurant, they do a buffet starter with large choice of salad, cold meats and sea food. The seating is all inside, very popular but as it can seat a lot of people it is possible to get a table without booking.

This Restaurant has been popular with people from the UK for many years. They serve a good basic 4 course meal for a reasonable price wine included. Most of the seating is inside, with a small area outside which is shaded for hot summer days. They speak a little English, very friendly Children welcome. The Food is a mixture of French & Portuguese and is a set menu. The starter is a thin Soup; Salad and cold meat; usually a choice of main course Steak, Pork, Veal sometimes Duck or other options, choice of cheese or sweet, wine is included.
Most people eating tend to be Portuguese, the food is good value €16.00 a head all in.

The Restaurant is situated on the main street in Buzet which is renound for its Wines. The restaurant is large and well lit and very well laid out with white cloths on all tables, do not be put off by the posh appearance, the Menu is reasonably priced there is also a Terrace.
This Restaurant is always busy with local workers and business people They serve an excellant meal for a reasonable price. For the basic Menu which is €14.90 you get a 4 course meal, wine and Coffee extra wine €4.50 for half Ltr and is excellent value. The starter is Soup then a choise of five dishes including an excellent Buffet, there are 5 choices for main course including an excellent Coq au Vin, the sweet trolly is the star attraction and you can have as many portions as you would like.

Its appearance is primarily a bar when you pass, yet it hides a beautiful well-appointed restaurant at the bottom. Fortunately outside an easel with the menu, otherwise you would not suspect it is also a restaurant.
It would have been a pity to miss the really well-stocked buffet-choice and freshly cooked food. The buffet is the starter, then at least 3 choices of main course, and choice of dessert. 12.00€, including wine and coffee.
It's fast, friendly welcoming and food well cooked. What more could you want?

Tortoni is the most popular Café/Restaurant/Bar in the town frequented mostly by locals. They serve excellent Pizzas, Salads and their Grand Assiet et Tortoni (Steak salad and Chips) is a good choice they sometimes offer a "plat de jour" which is excellent value for money. Very good for families, children's menu.
Open Lunch times only in the Winter, Summer open most days and evenings. Best to book in Summer especially if you want to be outside.

This is one of the best Chinese visited by the people who recommended it. They have a buffet with excellent choice of starters, salad, main courses and sweets. Weekdays very reasonably priced and excellent value for money, Weekends including Friday more expensive, but still good value for money. No outside seating, very pleasant surroundings & very friendly



Traditional French Restaurants Expensive worth a mention. Remember just because you pay a lot they are not always better.
